Unitrans Fuel’s Agriculture and Mining Division, with its head office in South Africa, maintains a large customer service footprint in southern and eastern Africa. This division operates over 1,500 vehicles ranging from agricultural tractors to land trains.

In Mozambique, the company needed to improve operational efficiency and specifically needed help to reduce accident rates and fuel consumption. At the same time, the customer wanted to improve overall supply chain productivity.

By introducing driver accountability and tools to monitor performance, Unitrans was able to make huge improvements in safety and efficiency across its fleet.
