3rd time lucky or superb service by Matrix Recovery Service

On the evening of 6 August, an employee who works for MiX Telematics looked out of his home window to see that his vehicle had been stolen. He immediately called Matrix Recovery Service to inform them of the theft. The vehicle was stolen in Turffontein, Johannesburg at the employee’s residence. Matrix Recovery Service immediately dispatched their ground and air team to the scene while a lookout was placed with the SAPS. The vehicle was positioning in Devland, Johannesburg and moved to Eldorado Park. Matrix Recovery Service recovered the vehicle at 21:15 in Eldorado Park and handed the vehicle over to a member of the SAPS. 1 suspect was apprehended and held for questioning. This was the third time this vehicle had been stolen from the employee’s house and the third time the vehicle was recovered! Hopefully the thieves have finally learnt their lesson and that a fourth successful recovery won’t be necessary!
