A broken clutch does not stop a Matrix Vehicle Tracking customer

A Matrix Vehicle Tracking corporate customer made contact with the Matrix Vehicle Tracking National Operations centre stating that their vehicle required roadside assistance due to the clutch which was not damaged.
The Matrix Vehicle Tracking SOS partner was informed and advised to make arrangements in getting the vehicle towed. A towing service was appointed and dispatched a tow truck to the scene. Within minutes, the Matrix Vehicle Tracking SOS partner arrived on scene, and towed the vehicle to our customers’ workshop based in Benoni for repairs.
