A Matrix Vehicle Tracking

A Matrix Vehicle Tracking corporate customer received a call from their driver stating that the vehicle had no power. The driver tried to start the vehicle numerous times, but without success. The Matrix Vehicle Tracking National Operations Centre dispatched roadside assistance through our SOS partner to assist the stranded vehicle.
Within minutes, the Matrix Vehicle Tracking service provider arrived on scene and towed the vehicle to a workshop in Benoni. It was established that the alternator of the vehicle did not charge properly which cause the loss of power. Another vehicle fitted with a Matrix Vehicle Tracking unit that was towed out of a possibly dangerous situation next to the roach and which could have caused unnecessary traffic delays.
