A mechanical breakdown does not stop Matrix Vehicle Tracking customers

A Matrix Vehicle Tracking corporate customer received a call from their driver stating that their vehicle kept on cutting out and cannot start. The Matrix Vehicle Tracking National Operations Centre dispatched Roadside Assistance to the exact GPS co-ordinates of the vehicle.
Within minutes, the service provider arrived at the Corporate Park in Midrand, and towed the vehicle to our customers’ workshop for repairs. This is another example of how installing a Matrix Vehicle Tracking MX3 unit with Roadside Assistance can be of service to our customers. The Roadside Assistance provider does not have to look for the stranded vehicle, they drive straight to the GPS co-ordinates of the vehicle.
