Another satisfied customer after a stranded vehicle was towed through Matrix Vehicle Tracking

The Matrix Vehicle Tracking National Operations Centre received a call from a corporate customer stating that their vehicle’s engine keeps on cutting out when trying to start the vehicle. The customer requested arrangements to be made for Roadside Assistance for the stranded vehicle.
Within record time, the Matrix Vehicle Tracking SOS partner arrived at the scene where the vehicle was as they did not have to search for the vehicle. The Matrix Vehicle Tracking National Operations Centre gave them the exact location of the vehicle so they can find it quickly and tow the vehicle to the customer’s workshop in Benoni.
