Assaulted Driver Gets his Vehicle Back

A Matrix Recovery Service client was informed of a panic button that the Matrix Recovery Service’s National Operations Centre received from his Toyota Hi Lux. The Matrix Recovery Service client immediately phoned his driver to asses the situation, however when he could not get hold of him he requested the recovery of his vehicle.
Matrix Recovery Service was requested to dispatch immediately. The vehicle was positioning in Umlazi Section W, Durban, where it remained stationary. While the recovery was in progress, the driver phoned his boss to inform him that he had been forced off the road by another vehicle and was attacked and assaulted. He fled the scene and abandoned the vehicle.
The vehicle was recovered in Umlazi Section W, Durban where it was handed back to the driver who was now on the scene in the presence of a member of the SAPS.
