Matrix Vehicle Tracking’s Crash Alert yet again saves the day for a customer

A Matrix Vehicle Tracking customer was unfortunate to have lost control over the vehicle during an incident whilst driving on Grey Avenue in Johannesburg. The Matrix Vehicle Tracking customer approached an intersection at Kritzinger Road in Alberton when another vehicle collided with the vehicle fitted with a Matrix Vehicle Tracking unit.
International SOS partner of Matrix Vehicle Tracking was informed and advised to follow up on the impact which the Matrix Vehicle Tracking National Operations Centre received.
It was a confirmed accident and the customer did not need any medical attention. Roadside Assistance was offered and a tow truck was dispatched to the location which was provided by Matrix Vehicle Tracking. The vehicle was towed to an approved panel beater for repairs.
