Going Beyond the Call of Duty

On 2 September 2010 a Matrix Recovery Service client called in to say that 3 of his vehicles had been taken during a house robbery in Lonehill, Sandton. The client supplied the relevant information of the three vehicles and on investigation it was found that only 1 of the 3 vehicles that were stolen, had a Matrix Recovery unit installed.
Matrix Recovery Service immediately dispatched their ground and air services to the positioning of the Matrix-fitted vehicle, which was positioning in Alexandra. The vehicle remained in that area for the entire recovery process.
On recovery of the Matrix-fitted vehicle the Matrix Recovery Service agents went above and beyond their call of duty and recovered all three of the stolen vehicles. They then handed over all the vehicles to a member of SAPS who was to ensure a safe return to the client in question.
