High speed chase results in arrested suspects

On the morning of 23rd July 2010, a Toyota Fortuner was stolen in Fourways, Randburg North area. Matrix Recovery Services was requested to dispatch immediately, while a lookout was placed with the SAPS. The first update from the unit indicated that it was in the Broad Acres, Randburg North area. The Matrix Recovery Service located the vehicle and as they started to gain ground on the vehicle, a high speed chase and shootout with the suspects occurred. The vehicle was eventually recovered from the suspects at 09:15 in Meadowlands, Soweto.
