Hijacked Vehicle Recovered

A Matrix Recovery Service client called in around 12:33 reporting that her driver had just been hijacked while making a delivery. She said she had received word of this hijacking by one of her clients who had witnessed the event. She was very concerned as no contact could be made with the driver.It appears that the hijacking took place in Kwa Mash, Durban. Matrix Recovery Service was requested to dispatch ground at 12:35, while lookouts were placed with the SAPS. In the interim, the Matrix Recovery Service agent managed to get hold of the driver who confirmed that there were two men involved in the hijacking. The vehicle was positioning in Upper Ukumanaza Durban and moved to Isipingo. The vehicle was eventually recovered in Isipingo and one suspect was apprehended.
