A Matrix Vehicle Tracking corporate customer received a call from their driver informing them that the drive shaft of their vehicle had broken. The vehicle could not be moved and Matrix Vehicle Tracking Roadside Assistance was needed to have the vehicle towed to a workshop for repairs.
The Matrix Vehicle Tracking SOS was informed and advised to assist with towing the vehicle to the workshop for repairs on the drive shaft of the vehicle. Roadside Assistance was dispatched to the exact location of the vehicle ensuring that no time is wasted in searching for the vehicle.
The vehicle was towed to the nearest dealer to complete the repairs on the vehicle ensuring that another broken down vehicle does not disrupt traffic unnecessary thanks to Matrix Vehicle Tracking and their Roadside Assistance.
