A Matrix Vehicle Tracking customer made contact with the National Operations Centre to advise that his son was using his vehicle. The son was driving on the N1 freeway north when the vehicle’s clutch cable snapped.
The Matrix Vehicle Tracking SOS partner was informed and advised to assist. A service provider was appointed and a tow truck was dispatched.
Roadside Assistance services arrived on scene and towed the vehicle away from scene and the Matrix Vehicle Tracking customers’ son was taken home.
