A Matrix Vehicle Tracking customer drove on Tshipo Street in Soweto when the Matrix Vehicle Tracking customer approached an intersection. A taxi came from the left-hand side and collided with the vehicle fitted with a Matrix Vehicle Tracking unit.
The Matrix Vehicle Tracking National Operations Centre received an impact alert and advised the Matrix Vehicle Tracking SOS partner to follow up. It was confirmed that the Matrix Vehicle Tracking customer had an accident but required Roadside Assistance as no injuries were reported on scene.
A service provider was appointed and dispatched to the scene. Within minutes, a tow truck arrived at the scene of the accident and towed the vehicle away from the scene.
