The Matrix Vehicle Tracking National Operations Centre received an impact alarm from a corporate customer’s vehicle and responded immediately. It was confirmed that the vehicle was involved in an accident and Roadside Assistance was needed.

The Matrix Vehicle Tracking National Operations Centre ensured that a supplier was dispatched to the exact location of the vehicle to tow the vehicle away from the scene of the accident ensuring unnecessary traffic jams does not happen because of the accident.

This is another example of how Matrix Vehicle Tracking is there for the customer to ensure the vehicle was towed away from the scene of the accident.
