A corporate customer of Matrix Vehicle Tracking received a call stating that there has been a mechanical breakdown and vehicle would have to be moved for repairs. The Matrix Vehicle Tracking SOS partner was informed and advised to dispatch a tow truck after the full details, including the exact GPS position of the vehicle, were provided to the agent.
Within minutes, the service provider arrived on scene and towed the vehicle to the workshop in Benoni for repairs.
