The Matrix Vehicle Tracking National Operations Centre received a call from a corporate customer advising that they cannot get hold of their driver after an impact alarm was received. The vehicle was still mobile after the impact alarm was received.
A Matrix Vehicle Tracking SOS partner was informed and advised to follow up promptly. It was confirmed that the vehicle was involved in a minor accident but was still drivable.
