Incident: Roadside Assistance

A Matrix Vehicle Tracking corporate customer received a call from their driver stating that the fuel pump of the vehicle is not in working order and need to get it repaired. The Matrix Vehicle Tracking National Operations Centre dispatched the SOS partner to the position of the vehicle to provide assistance.
Within minutes, the Matrix Vehicle Tracking SOS service provider arrived on scene, vehicle and towed it to the nearest dealer for repairs to the vehicle. Another incident where a truck could have been standing next to the road causing an unnecessary traffic jam and was removed within record time.
