Matrix Vehicle Tracking is looking out for their customers by ensuring they don’t stay stranded next to the road

The Matrix Vehicle Tracking National Operations Centre received an alarm from a corporate customers’ vehicle. The Matrix Vehicle Tracking operators responded promptly and were advised that the customer’s driver confirmed that his vehicle kept on cutting out and required a tow truck.
Matrix Vehicle Tracking dispatched their SOS partner to the exact GPS position of the vehicle ensuring the Roadside Assistance provider do not have to search for the stranded vehicle.
Within minutes the Matrix Vehicle Tracking service provider arrived on scene, and towed the vehicle to a competent repairer in town.
