A Matrix Vehicle Tracking corporate customer received a call from their driver stating that the vehicle kept on cutting out when turning the key in the ignition. The vehicle was parked at a security complex on Barbara Road, Isando.
The Matrix Vehicle Tracking National Operations Centre arranged with our SOS partner for roadside assistance to ensure the vehicle is moved as soon as possible from where it could cause an obstruction in the traffic. Within minutes the service provider appointed for the Matrix Vehicle Tracking customer arrived on scene, and towed the vehicle to a workshop based in Benoni for repairs.
