Missing Vehicle Returned

A Matrix Recovery Service client became concerned over the whereabouts of his son after he had taken his Hyundai H100 a few days earlier and had still not returned. So on 31 January 2011 he called Matrix Recovery Service to request the recovery of his vehicle.
Matrix Recovery Service was requested to dispatch ground at 22:10. The vehicle was positioning in Riverlea, Johannesburg, and remained stationary for the full course of the recovery. However, unfortunately due to the vehicle remaining stationary and being on private property, Matrix Recovery Service had no choice but to hold off recovery until the next day.
On 2011/02/01 at 06:18 Matrix Recovery Service re-dispatch to the vehicle’s current positioning in Industria, Johannesburg. Matrix Recovery Service recovered the vehicle and found that it had been involved in an accident. Matrix Recovery Service stood down at 07:03 after leaving the vehicle at the Panel Beaters.
