Recovery made despite loss of communication with unit

The client was contacted due to a panic alarm that was received by our National Operations Centre. After investigation it was discovered that the vehicle had been stolen while parked in the Johannesburg CBD area. The Matrix Recovery Services was requested to dispatch ground and air immediately.
Communication was lost with the unit after a power down alarm was received. The search continued and the vehicle was recovered in Doornfontein, Johannesburg.
Despite the battery having been stolen, there was no damage to the vehicle.
