Recovery of an Isuzu Truck that was stolen in Germiston

An Isuzu Truck was stolen in Germiston, East Rand. As soon as the Matrix customer realised his vehicle had been stolen he called the Matrix national operations centre to inform them of the theft. Matrix located the stationary vehicle in Simmerpan, Germiston via the tracking device fitted in the Truck. The Matrix Recovery Service team was dispatched to Simmerpan, Germiston where the Isuzu Truck remained stationary for the full duration of the recovery.
When the Matrix Recovery Service team arrived at the scene, the vehicle was found abandoned and investigation show that there were strippings made to the interior, in what appeared to be a failed attempt to find the well hidden tracking device.
The vehicle was then handed over to a member of the SAPS. The client was kept informed throughout this incident and was provided the details of whom the vehicle was handed over too.
