Roadside Assistance after a Crash Alert for a Matrix Vehicle Tracking customer

On the 16th of November 2009, a Matrix Vehicle Tracking corporate customer received a call from our National Operations Centre regarding a Crash Alert alarm received. The agents were advised that they will do a follow up.
It was confirmed from the Matrix Vehicle Tracking customer stating that the vehicle was indeed involved in an accident. The driver of the vehicle did not sustain any serious injuries though the customer required Roadside Assistance. The Matrix Vehicle Tracking SOS partner was informed and advised not to dispatch any medical assistance. A service provider was informed and requested to dispatch a tow truck.
