Matrix Vehicle Tracking’s Roadside Assistance always there for you

A Matrix Vehicle Tracking customer advised that a driver was driving the vehicle when the driver collided with a vehicle travelling in front of him on the N4 Highway towards Pretoria. .
The Matrix Vehicle Tracking National Operations Centre received an impact alert from the vehicle and informed the Matrix Vehicle Tracking SOS partner. A follow up was made with the owner and driver of the vehicle upon confirmation of the motor vehicle accident to dispatch the necessary assistance to the scene of the accident.
The owner of the vehicle advised that the driver does not need any Medical or Roadside Assistance. The Matrix Vehicle Tracking customer was amazed with the response from Matrix Vehicle Tracking and also advised that she is in the process of removing a competitors tracking unit from her vehicle to have a Matrix Vehicle Tracking unit fitted with the latest technology which “speaks when you can’t”.
