Matrix Vehicle Tracking’s Roadside Assistance always there for you

A Matrix Vehicle Tracking customer was driving on the N1 Highway in Johannesburg when his vehicle’s clutch cable snapped. The driver immediately pulled over and made contact with the Matrix Vehicle Tracking National Operations Centre for assistance.
The International SOS partner for Matrix Vehicle Tracking was informed and advised to make arrangements to have the Matrix Vehicle Tracking customers’ vehicle towed to a workshop for repairs.
Within minutes, the service provider arrived on scene and removed the vehicle from a potentially dangerous spot next to the highway and moved the vehicle to a workshop for repairs.
