Taken Without Consent

A Matrix Recovery Service client called in on the 9th December 2010 at 21:12 to request the recovery of her white Mazda B-Series. The client was on holiday when she was involved in a car accident. Although she came out relatively unharmed, her vehicle sustained damages and was whipped away by a towing company that failed to inform her where her vehicle was being taken to.
Matrix Recovery Service was requested to dispatch at 21:14. The vehicle was positioning in Jameson Park, Nigel. Matrix Recovery Service recovered the vehicle at 22:03 in Jameson Park, Nigel and stood down after handing the vehicle over to a friend of the client.
