Vehicle Hijacked in Randburg

On 12 February 2011, a Matrix Recovery Service client called in around 20:49 reporting that they had just been hijacked while driving their Toyota Rav4. There were apparently two armed suspects, but fortunately no one was injured.
The vehicle was hijacked in Windsor West, Randburg. Matrix Recovery Service was requested to dispatch at 20:51, while a lookout was placed with the SAPS. The vehicle was positioning in Coronation Ville, where it remained stationary. Matrix Recovery Service recovered the vehicle at 21:24 in Newclare, Johannesburg and stood down at 21:58 after handing the vehicle over to a member of the SAPS.
