Vehicle recovered after long drive by thieves

The MiX Telematics customer called in to report his vehicle stolen in Orlando, Soweto. The Matrix Recovery Services were dispatched to recover the vehicle.
The signal from the vehicle indicated that it moved through Germiston, Bedfordview, Kemptonpark and then Esselen Park. The Bronkhortspruit police were informed that the vehicle is moving into their direction. The vehicle was re covered in Ekangla, about 10 km north of Bronkhorstspruit and the suspects got away after shooting at the police and the Matrix Recovery Services. The Palangala police took control of the recovery scene after the vehicle was recovered.
