Vehicle recovered without alarm raised with Matrix Recovery Services

While talking to a police officer, one of the Matrix Recovery Services teams heard the police was looking for a hijacked vehicle. They called in to the MiX Telematics National Operations Centre and it was confirmed as a vehicle fitted with one of our units. The Matrix Recovery Services immediately joined the search, even if the hijacking was not yet reported to the National Operations Centre.
In record time the Matrix Recovery Services team recovered the vehicle in Soshanguve Block TT and handed the vehicle over to the Soshanguve police for further investigation into the hijacking incident.
