Once you have parked your vehicle you use a simple 1-button process from your cell phone to arm the Matrix Vehicle Tracking MX3 unit. Thereafter, if the vehicle moves prior to you disarming the system, the Matrix Vehicle Tracking MX3 unit alerts the National Operations Centre that, in turn, will immediately begin monitoring the vehicle's movements and then contact you. If required the tracking and recovery process is activated. And just in case you were wondering, the "arm" and "disarm" calls from your cell phone are absolutely free!
In the unfortunate event of you encountering any form of breakdown of your vehicle on the road, you can be assured that you will not be in distress for long. Just one phone call to the National Operations Centre will enable us to send you the necessary roadside assistance required and with our PinPoint GPS-technology we will know your exact location, ensuring efficient and direct assistance. Roadside assistance is only available with the Matrix Vehicle Tracking MX3 unit.
Want to check your vehicle's position without making a call or even logging on to the Internet? Why not use Cell Phone Positioning? Once your cell phone number is registered with us, you will be able to send a SMS to your Matrix Vehicle Tracking MX3 unit to enquire the whereabouts of your vehicle. You will receive a SMS back which will contain the latitude and longitude co-ordinates of the vehicle, average speed and name of the closest cell phone tower at the time of requesting the vehicle's position. Please ensure GSM coverage is available when using this service.

Once set-up, you can have a logbook generated at the press of a button. When your vehicle approaches a service interval, we will automatically notify the service centre, who will in turn contact you directly to set up a service appointment.
